Creatine 101

  What is Creatine Monohydrate? Creatine is a naturally occurring compound found in muscle cells. It plays a critical role in the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is the primary energy source for high-intensity exercise. While creatine is found in foods such as red meat and fish, supplementation ensures optimal muscle saturation and improved athletic performance. Why does everyone take it?
